India beat West Indies by 199 runs in the third and final ODI in Queen’s park yesterday . After winning a toss , India opted to bat first and score 225 runs at the loss of 3 wickets in 36 overs . This match was hit by rain and the overs were reduced from 50 to 35 . West Indies got a revised target of 257 runs in 35 overs but they were able to score 137 runs in 26 overs.Shubman Gill was a man of the match as well as man of the series .

Shubman Gill Stars with 98* runs in 98 balls
India started their innings really well and both openers scored individual half centuries and scored 113 runs for the first wicket partnership. Shikhar departed by scoring 58 runs in 74 balls and the total of the team that time was 113 runs in 23 overs .
Shubman Gill didn’t stop even after losing the wicket of the captain, he continued partnership with Shreyas Iyer and started scoring runs more quickly.Shreyas Iyer played really well but he dragged one delivery to the leg side and he got caught . He scored 44 runs and missed out his third consecutive half century against the West Indies .
Suryakumar Yadav again lost his wicket by playing short at the score of just 8 runs and he departed at the score of 212 runs after 34 overs. Shubman Gill was unlucky to score his maiden ODI century as rain stopped the play at 36 overs and remained unbeaten at 98 runs in 98 balls .
West Indies innings collapsed at 137 Runs in just 26 Overs
West Indies batters were unable to score big partnerships and they lost their wickets after small intervals .Nicholos Pooran and Branden King are the only men who fought a little bit .

Indian bowlers bowled really well and got early wickets of WI as Mohammed Siraj departed West Indian opener Kyle Mayers and the wicket of Shamarh Brooks in his first over. Shai Hope and Branden King take forward the inning of WI but due to the pressure of the scoreboard Shai Hope throws his wicket at the score of 48 runs at the end of 10th over .
Nicholas Pooran and Branden King scored 42 runs in 32 and 37 balls respectively but this was not too much for WI to win this game . After getting wickets of these two batsmen , West Indies innings collapsed at just 137 runs at the end of 26 Overs .
